Hojicha Powder

Our Hojicha is from single origin green tea leaves that are roasted, and ground into a fine powder. It's distinctive roasted colors show the careful process that it undertook., Our Hojicha has notes of cane syrup, earthy nutmeg, and cocoa. It is the most mild of our selection of ground tea leaves. Hojicha is generally used in lattes, but can compliment various sweets with it's aromatic and roasted notes. We recommend sprinkling some on top of cheesecakes to add aromatic and roasted complexity.
